When Fred and Clare Pollak purchased Pearsons Florist in 1969, they never dreamed how much their hard work and passion would pay off!

Now operated by their son Bernard and daughter Barbara, Pearsons have 7 stunning retail outlets throughout Sydney and the award winning Pearsons School of Floristry (PSF).
As the florist grew in reputation, members of the public began requesting courses in floristry design and presentation. Pearsons decided to offer courses in professional floristry skills in 1997 and over the following years, the range of courses offered by the school has expanded greatly.
PSF now offer a variety of courses at both their Darlinghurst and Stanmore locations. Whether you are interested in floristry as a career or floristry for fun, PSF have a course that will suit your needs. The courses run at several times throughout the year, so you get your creative juices flowing at any time!
